03 — PRODUCTS & ON-DEMAND PRODUCTION
All Urban Patriot products are made on demand. This means your order does not exist until you place it — each piece is produced specifically for you at the time of purchase through our fulfillment partner, Printful.
This model ensures quality and reduces waste. It also means:
Production time is included in your total delivery window
Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun
Exact colors may vary slightly between product types and screen displays

04 — PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at checkout is the price you will be charged.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By placing an order, you authorize Urban Patriot to charge your selected payment method for the total amount shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees.
Urban Patriot does not store, process, or have access to your full card details. All payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe in accordance with their privacy policy and PCI DSS compliance standards.
If your payment is declined or there is an issue processing your order, we will notify you at the email address provided. For payment-related issues, contact us at hello@urbanpatriot.com or reach Stripe support directly at https://support.stripe.com/.
05 — ORDERS & ORDER CONFIRMATION
Placing an order on the Urban Patriot website constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email from us. This confirmation is not a guarantee of availability — in the rare event that a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
Please review your order carefully before completing checkout — including sizing, color, and shipping address. Because all products are made on demand, we are unable to modify or cancel an order once production has begun.
If you believe an error was made at checkout, contact us immediately at hello@urbanpatriot.com. We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order is in production.
06 — SHIPPING
Urban Patriot ships domestically within the United States and internationally. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.
All orders are fulfilled through Printful and ship from the nearest available fulfillment center. Delivery time includes both production and transit time. Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.
Urban Patriot is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. Once an order has shipped and tracking information has been provided, responsibility for delivery passes to the carrier.

07 — RETURNS, EXCHANGES & QUALITY GUARANTEE
Because all Urban Patriot products are made on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind. All sales are final on sizing — size guides are available on every product page.
Our quality guarantee
If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect — including misprints, damage, or production errors — we will replace it at no cost. To report a quality issue:
Email hello@urbanpatriot.com within 30 days of your delivery date
Include your order number and a clear photo of the defect
We will ship a replacement at no cost — you may keep or discard the original
Reports submitted outside the 30-day window cannot be processed. Urban Patriot reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether an issue constitutes a manufacturing defect.
Returned-to-sender orders
If an order is returned to our fulfillment partner due to an incorrect address or because it was unclaimed, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipment. You have 30 days from the return date to claim the package — after that, it cannot be reshipped.
08 — IN-PERSON POP-UP EVENTS
Urban Patriot hosts pop-up events in New York, Washington DC, Baltimore, and other areas. Purchases made at pop-up events are subject to the same terms as online orders, including the on-demand production model and returns policy. 09 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Urban Patriot website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product designs, images, and brand assets — is the property of Urban Patriot and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or use any Urban Patriot content for commercial purposes without our express written permission. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted provided you do not remove any copyright or proprietary notices.
The Urban Patriot name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of Urban Patriot. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use our trademarks without prior written consent.
10 — USER-GENERATED CONTENT
If you submit content to us — including photos, testimonials, reviews, or social media posts tagging Urban Patriot — you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content in connection with our brand, products, and marketing.
You represent that any content you submit does not violate the rights of any third party and complies with applicable law. We reserve the right to remove or refuse any user-generated content at our discretion.

If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in District of Columbia in accordance with AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect intellectual property or confidential information.
